- Acknowledge: The following are the Terms and Conditions of trading with Monajewellery (us or our) for the supply of each item (Item) to the Customer (you, your or I). By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree the Terms and Conditions.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to alteration. We shall endeavour to update the website prices whenever a change takes place. We shall contact you prior to accepting the order if there has been a change in price. Where an Item ordered is not available we may accept the order for the remaining Items ordered which are available.
- Wholesale: Wholesale Customers enjoy great deals on us. For our wholesale customers we have a minimum order of $500. With your first order we require full payment after which the goods will be despatched (proforma). With subsequent orders you can apply for an account with us (please enquire). - Payment
- Any order placed through this website is subject to confirmation and acceptance by us prior to a purchase being made.
- Payment can be made using a credit card through this website to paypal.
- Wholesaler may use business cheque or money order. Please contact with info@monajewellery.com.au
- Orders will not be dispatched for shipping until the funds have cleared.
- Delivery of Your Order
- Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price at the rates set out in the schedule of freight charges. We use Australia Post to ship orders to all locations within Australia.
- Please allow 5-10 days for retail shipping and 20-25 days for wholesale shipping. Orders are despatched within 24 hours of paypal payment, or as soon as cheque payment clears. Items are packed in standard black gift boxes or bags, unless a special gift box has been purchased. Items can be gift wrapped on request.
- Australia Post will deliver Items during normal business hours. Alternate delivery instructions can be given in the customer notes section of the order form.
- Items are at the Customers risk once dispatched by us to the shipper and we accept no liability for the delivery of the Items by the shipper.

- Privacy: Monajewellery.com do not share your information with any third party, under any circumstances.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch.
- Damages: All items are meticulously checked prior to despatch and very carefully wrapped. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, then just return it to Monajewellery in the original packaging within 7 days for a refund.
- Returns: In the event that goods arrive in a damaged condition, please notify us and we will promptly arrange for an exchange, or credit your account for those items. We must receive notification within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
- Return is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings unless damaged in transit, and then the above conditions apply.
- Newsletter: To subscribe to our newsletter full of new designs, discounts and special offers please use the Contact Us page and just put "newsletter" in the message box. Every month a subscriber will be picked at random to receive a special free gift.
- Feedback: We at Monajewellery are always happy to hear from our customers, please e-mail if you have any suggestions or comments about our website, or anything you would like to see on our website.
